Once a rich man asked three his daughters how much did they love him? The first daughter said, as much as she loved her life, the second answered, that as much as she loved the world, the third said, as much as fresh meat loves salt. Father was not satisfied with the third daughter's answer and he drove out the poor girl. She went further and further till she found a fen where she gathered rushes and made a cloak of them cover her good clothes. Then she found a big house, where she was hired as a maid. Whether the poor girl worked as a maid for the rest of her life or eventually found a prince you will know when you read the whole story.
