After decades spent longing for his long-lost teenage love, Samson "Stx" Denver is given another chance to profess his feelings for August "Sol" River. But Sol has had her heart broken by Stx before, and she's reluctant to open up again. Still, passion prevails and the two rekindle their love, letting their lives intertwine. Sol is also visually impaired and has first-hand experience of what it's like to have one's view of the world ripped apart, emotionally and physically.
The honeymoon is soon over when a workplace incident unexpectedly robs Stx of his sight. He becomes angry and bitter, pushing the woman he adores away. Sol does her best to help her lover readjust but fears Stx's constant rejection may eventually prove successful.
Will the deep attraction and love the couple have for each other be enough to overcome their challenges? Or will they lose their hope of a second chance?

Chase Johnson is a Florida born voice actor with over fifteen years of experience. Inspired by other voice actors from his childhood and beyond, such as Keith David, Michael Bell, the late Tony Jay and Steve Blum, He strives to bring life to stories through a diverse vocal range and passion. But when life and circumstance denied his passion for performance in the Theatre and video games, he found audio books and narration.
Having recorded over one hundred audio books for many different authors, he has experience in everything from Science Fiction, Crime Drama, Romance, Erotica, Mysteries and Fantasy Epics. Breathing life into countless heroes, villains, monsters and countless men and woman struggling to survive in our crazy world and worlds beyond.
When he’s not helping out the neighborhood or tending to his cat and dog, he’s experimenting with new cooking recipes or playing games on his computer. Or perhaps taking bets on what the weather will do that day. Probably rain. Always does eventually.
Lynn Chantale resides in southeastern Michigan and she is determined to enjoy all that life has to offer. She has a mad affinity for milk chocolate, old school R & B, and socks. Yes, socks. The crazier and more outrageous the better.
