A graduate of Harvard University and Harvard Business School, she has worked as a crime reporter, a consultant at Bain & Co., and a columnist for O: The Oprah Magazine. Known for her warmth and practical wisdom, Suzy frequently appears on the Today show and contributes to the Wall Street Journal.
