About the author
Aya Neia (Olga Koval) is an author and collector who collects myths, fairy tales and mystical stories from around the world. Currently, she is working on the Nord trilogy (Scandinavia) and the Netjeru cycle (Ta-Kemet).
In 2020, together with his friends (talented enthusiasts: Lesia Yatsuta, Jan Braz, Tatiana Kovits, Oli Hnats, Anatol Ivasyk, Avi Delmonico, Zoryana Bezodnia, Anna Stadnyk, and others), she founded a literary association, in which she takes an active part. She is also a lawyer and a scholar (PhD, associate professor), so she combines writing and teaching in higher education. She has published scientific and fiction books.
In particular, the story ‘The Double’ and some other works can be found on the pages of the Scythia Almanac and the Anthology of Contemporary Short Stories and Lyrics of Ukraine. In 2020, the fairy tale ‘Plush Heart’ was published in the collection Christmas Whispers. In 2021, the BookBanda created the collection City of Memories, where you can find Aya's work Karma. Renegade was published in the HyperJump collection. Now the fantasy collection Chronicles of the Wreckage is being prepared for publication, where the story ‘Forgiven’ will be published.
