Good content about beauty, a step by step process from you making a list of your good qualities to building up tension from an initial perspective (approach)to the actual process that gradually approaches the climax!

This is a great audiobook for learning the beliefs behind the beauty. It doesn’t contain any info on how to walk or sit, etc. It suggests to you what attitudes should be the foundation of beauty. That’s something that most books on beauty don’t get into. Great audiobook to start with and then you can move on to other books that tell you things like how to make introductions and the like.
