It is an incredible book that talks about meditation, as we all know it can help us to relax, to achieve a deep state of relaxation, it helps us to release stress, but this book goes further because it talks about walking meditation, a very special technique that works perfectly, this book will be a guide to master the art of walking meditation, it is an exceptional work of its author, thank you for sharing it with us.

Without a doubt, it is one of the best books I have read on spiritual discipline, I am a person who loves yoga and I usually read many books like this, but this one keeps me entertained, it is very calming, they say many things that undoubtedly calm the mind, the soul, spirit and relaxes the body, you have to know how to surrender to relax our entire being and that is what one does reading this book, I would like them to touch on more spiritual topics, but for now it is very good.

Very good audiobook it helped me relax a lot, meditation and it is something important in our lives and thanks to this audiobook it helped me meditate in a correct way I recommend it
