His friend Vaughn is the only one who knows how their college easily wins the Heartland Conference and participates in the United States Championship Tournament. Their university, the Texas A&M International University in Laredo, Texas, is the only Division II team that can advance past the first round of the United States Championship Tournament since Ben arrived at the university. Now Vaughn wants them to get past the round of sixteen in the United States Championship Tournament. Ben knows that they will need to practice and develop a strategy to win in the United States Championship Tournament since he cannot cheat outside the university to guide his team to a win.

Ben meets a mysterious character who wants him to help train others in the use of drones for the Union Underground Movement. Ernest knows that Ben is a legend in the Selective Service Online Game and the best player in the United States Championship Tournament. Of course, Ben is not too sure about this offer and declines it. Events lead to Ben taking the offer of Naty, the recruiter of the Union Underground Movement to get out of jail. Now Ben is working with the Union Underground Movement in the state of Texas to help disarm the Confederate States of America.
