Simulator for test tasks according to the official list of testing questions (approved by the decision of the Supreme Court of Appeals of Ukraine dated July 15, 2024) for the qualification exam within the framework of the qualification assessment of candidates for the positions of judges of appeal courts (official court test)

Tests in the appellate court include the following structural blocks for testing:
1) testing of general knowledge in the field of law (939 questions)
2) administrative specialization testing (2857 questions)
3) economic specialization testing (2963 questions)
4) criminal specialization testing (2679 questions)
5) civil specialization testing (2621 questions)

You can take the tests and study the questions in full, in parts of 100 questions, in parts of random 50 questions, in the form of working on mistakes on the questions in which a mistake was made, repeating the studied questions, studying the questions in which a mistake was made. Answer options are shuffled at each test to ensure high efficiency of memorizing answers

The test tasks used in the application are officially approved by the Supreme Court of Appeals of Ukraine and publicly available questions for judicial candidates. The application is a private development and is not related to the official state body - the High Qualification Commission of Judges. The developer is not responsible for the completeness and correctness of the published VKKS test tasks

The mobile application "Appeal - testing" was developed with the aim of providing the possibility of quick and convenient preparation of interested persons for the competition for the position of appellate court judge (qualification assessment of candidates for the position of appellate court judges)
