Made an account and they blocked it instantly. Never even had the chance to drive or rent one of their vehicles. I asked for the reason, and they just gave me the standard list with all the possibilities. no further explanation. Which is weird, in my opinion. Don't depend on their services they can block you without a reason. Even if you never actually used their service. Use Sixt and Greenwheels instead. or better buy your own car.

Good service, nice cars, competitive prices. The app is flaky sometimes, but usable and intuitive. EDIT: decreasing my rating to 2 stars, as over the past year the two cars that I used the most were removed from my neighborhood. No replacement cars were provided, no explanation given. I rented those cars tens of times and really relied on them.

Dank je wel voor je eerlijke review en feedback, Vladimir. Superfijn om te horen dat je onze service waardeert. Wat betreft de auto’s in je buurt: we begrijpen dat het verlies daarvan jammer is, zeker als je er vaak gebruik van maakt. Soms moeten we auto's helaas verplaatsen vanwege contracten, schade of cijfers – dat doen we nooit lichtzinnig.

Good service but unreliable app. The interface of the app is nice. The actual service is good, for car rental, assuming you live near one of their car, but the app is quite unreliable. It kind of scares me that one day I will be in the middle of nowhere and suddenly I cannot enter the car because the app is blocked on some error. Just today, while renting a car, twice the app showed "server error" and stopped responding... Both times restarting the app fixed it, but that's not reliable enough.
