Very terrible app. Pretty much forces you to make an account and subscribe in order to do the most basic things. Downloading, making a library & playlist, favoriting an artist are all things that REQUIRE a subscription. I paid for the music, I should be able to download it right after that, but instead you are forced to jump through hoops. Like, I don't even have access to the music ANYWHERE unless I use this app.

Sorry for the trouble you're having. A free account is required to use our app. A free trial or subscription is required to create a playlist, add Artists your Favorites and/or save audio for offline playback. The audio saved offline is only accessible within the nugs mobile app. Contact us on help.nugs.net if you have any other questions.

Really disappointed. Paid $20 for Eric Church stream. Spent over an hour trying to use and gave up. Will not play on Apple TV via Firestick although the ad leads you to believe it does (You need an AppleTV device)- learned after the fact. looks like it may have worked with Chromecast but I dont have that any longer. Can watch on my laptop (big deal).. but no stream to TV. No refund policy on streams so....enjoy my $20 while I watch it on YouTube for free. Never again.

We do not have a FireOS app at this time. You can watch on a Mac or PC, Android, iOS or AppleTV, RokuTV, airplay to an AppleTV or cast to a Chromecast device. Contact us on help.nugs.net if you have any other questions.

The app is a joke. People who want to just purchase audio rather than subscribe are treated as second-class users - not allowed to download your audio, only stream it, on your mobile device, plus a limited amount of time to download it if you log on to your computer. I've spent more on audio this month than I would have spent on a subscription, yet for some reason I'm being treated like I've done something wrong.

Offline playback within the nugs app is only available to nugs subscribers. Non-subscribers can download purchased audio to a Mac or PC and/or stream for free using the nugs app. If you are unable to complete your downloads in the given time we can reset them for an additional 48 hours.
