Easy part: coupling the app. But sending a message is a disaster. While carefully typing a message into the app, it suddenly interrupts me by asking for my PIN. Once given, my draft message seems lost. Useless this way. Also: I cannot find any way to provide feedback or get human support (so, I'll give ut here). The chatbot chokes after answering a few of its questions.

Thank you for your message. At the moment, the app doesn't register typing, so at one point it will log out because of safety meassures. We're aware of this problem and are working on a solution, we're sorry for any inconvenience. Typing a long message might be done easier on MijnGezondheid.net

new update has made the app virtually unusable. when trying to make an appointment there is no possibility to actually select a date. lot of attempts were needed to get the App Koppeled where it kept in saying that the codes and dob data were incorrect. please fix!

Wat vervelend om te horen. Er is inderdaad een update geweest. Het maken van een afspraak is nu gelijk getrokken met hoe het gaat via MijnGezondheid.net. Als dit niet naar behoren werkt, wil ik graag van u vragen om contact op te nemen met uw zorgverlener. Vanuit daar kunnen wij u verder helpen.

Since latest update (version 9.1.0), application is duplicated (icon is two times visible). Tested it also on a brand new phone, issue is the same. The cause is related to the application, it would be great if this could be fixed, it is annoying. Thanks for fixing the issue with version 9.1.1.
