I love how the app uses a leveling system to reach your goal. It shows you how far you need to go and what you need to do to get there. A possible improvement to the app is how it explains an exercise. Sometimes the descriptions are short and shallow on information. More often then not, I search the web for a proper explanation. I think this is very important and contributes to injury prevention and a steady progression. Another upside to the app is the layout. It's clean and easy to navigate.

I have to say as someone who loves working out from home, I love this app. I've been using it on and off for several years and it keeps getting better. What I like about it is that it works great as a free app and doesn't necessarily force you to upgrade to premium like similar apps. It's very easy to customise your routines and plan for the week. The UI is very intuitive and the experience is well designed and they keep adding exercises and routines on a regular basis. 10 out 10!

Really good app for workout at your own pace. No need for a personal trainer and you can train at home. The programs help a lot with motivation too. I recommend the pro subscription.
