Absolute disaster app !! It took me two days to finally be able to log in. It's impossible to create a fan ID since an error message pops up every time at the last step of the process. The support team has no idea what's going on and has the only clue to tell you to uninstall and install the app again. If you're not able to develop a proper app, at least try to provide a website alternative.

Where to begin? Skipping the performance issues (10+ times joining a queue in position 5,000+ to enter details), it's almost impossible to add family and difficult when it is. Add one child - back to the back of the queue as above rather than just adding where you are. Add second child - as above but then find it's lost the first child's photo and it won't let you update the request without it and there's no way to add it. Then you just have to hope there's no other adults in your party.

I couldn’t complete the Fan ID creation process because it requires scanning an electronic passport. Unfortunately, my passport doesn’t have an electronic chip, which completely blocks me from signing up. It would be great if the developers could add an alternative verification method. Hope this gets fixed soon so everyone can use the app.
