Even if my phone is in silent mode, the call rings and wakes me up. I had to disable all notifications. So now i don't get any calls at all. Stupid app. When the notifications were on... And there is an incoming call, i can't figure out if the call is from botim. I have to go into the app and only then I'm able to accept the call. Seriously? This quality?

I’m facing a serious issue with Botim. When I call someone who’s online, it just shows “awaiting response” — no ringing, no connection, and the other person doesn’t receive the call. I’ve tried different devices and networks, but the problem remains. It’s frustrating and makes the app unreliable for communication. If users appear online but can’t get calls, what’s the point? This bug ruins the core purpose of the app. Until it’s fixed, I can’t recommend Botim to anyone who depends on it for call

Botim’s international transaction service is extremely poor. I tried to use their PayBy or wallet feature to send money, but the process is full of issues. Transactions either get delayed or fail completely, and there is zero clarity on where the money goes or how long it will take. To make things worse, their customer support is unresponsive and unhelpful. I sent all required documents and still got no proper solution. This is unacceptable for a financial service — it feels completely unreliab
