About this app

Stress resilience, mental well-being - breaking new ground with adrp2go

Would you like to expand resources and strategies for your personal stress management for everyday professional and private life (Daily Hassels)?

The adrp® game “beat the drums” can easily support you in alleviating your first spontaneous stress in an emotionally charged situation. As an introduction to our resilience program, we make it available to you free of charge in this app.

For a more sustainable processing of emotionally stressful experiences, our self-care tool adrp® can be of great help to you to regain your own strength and mental relaxation (mental well-being). In this way, you can also improve your chances of mastering future tasks and everyday challenges (Daily Hassels) with more resilience. Stress resilience is a key qualification for maintaining health and performance.

So that you can learn the adrp® method independently and independently of time and place, we have packed the pocket workshop into the adrp2go app.

You can easily buy and activate the tool and workshop here in this app (no subscription). All you need apart from your smartphone is a pair of suitable headphones. After the workshop, you can immediately use adrp®, your newly learned tool for stress prevention, the next time you run or walk.

You only have to download the adp2go app once to have the resilience training available whenever you need it... practically on demand... simply start the adrp2go app, put on your headphones, select adrp®-beat and get started... 20 minutes in the forest, the beach, the park or on the treadmill in the studio.

“move what moves you”

POCKET WORKSHOP

The adrp® workshop is divided into a theoretical and a practical part.
Please read the theory part carefully first. This will give you a good overview of the adrp® method. You will then be guided through the practical part, very easily and step by step. To make it easier for you, our trainer will accompany and guide you throughout the entire adrp® run. After the appropriate routine, you can then run with the adrp®-beats without instructions.

Workshop - 1. Instructions: In part 1 you will learn all the important basics and techniques for a successful adrp® run.

Workshop - 2nd training run: In part 2 you run with instructions for the adrp®-beats+T, i.e. with a trainer.

adrp® run: Here you will find all free adrp® beats, i.e. without instructions.
Short instructions: If you haven't run for a while, you can take a quick look at all 6 steps here.

Score diagram: The stress score diagram gives you an overview of your adrp® runs.

Journal: In the journal we regularly post current background information, information, explanatory models and resilience stories.

Beat the drums: Beat the drums is an intuitive game that can be of great help to quickly clear your head in situations of acute emotional stress. Just play for 1-3 minutes and your chances of responding more constructively to this situation will improve. “First take a deep breath…” or “First count to 10…” are examples. B. comparable approaches, but beat the drums is definitely more fun! That's why it's perfect for a short playtime in between.

"Have fun!"

Please note: adrp® is a method of preventative self-management and serves to promote individual well-being. The adrp® method is not a replacement for medical diagnosis and therapy. No medical diagnoses are made and we do not provide any medical treatment. You remain responsible for your own decisions while using adrp®.
