better buy garmin! the app has good UI and integration with the watch, but it needs a lot more customization for the app as well as the systems on the watch. extremely poor connectivity for data sharing esp. Health Connect (often it just doesn't sync any data for the day and to sync any data at all you need to give permission for everything incl. sleep and heart rate data). I regret not buying Garmin by now...

Have owned my Coros since 2019. Loved it initially, but year after year I get more disappointed. Each "update" takes it further away from what I was drawn to initially. The latest is that I no longer routinely get notifications for text messages. Once in a while they'll show up on my watch, but not usually. And when i look at the notifications permissions page, the texting app isn't even listed. update 10/2025...tried watch again after about a year with it off. Further downgrading my opinion.

This app won't track or log any info from a coros arm band. It lists a few different apps that are compatible, only 1 is, strava, and it doesn't track anything unless you select "record activity" and it wants access to precise location. All I want is to see my heart rate. I did research, I spent all this money on this stupid arm band, and it isnt even compatible with its own app. Infuriatingly and thoroghly useless.
