i understand the always changing bonus structure. the map can be improved to be clearer. I also understand the pro level system's vision and how you want it to encourage drivers to take more rides, except that it only does the opposite. every Yango driver I know went from high pro level to less than 10 points, always in the red because of customers behaviours and because of no flexibility from the support team to reallocate those points if the situation is exceptional. Drivers will keep leaving.

This app has a lot of problems for drivers. The fare is very low. The app works very slowly. When customers use the promo, the promo amount is credited to the driver's account, but the company deducts that amount the next day. When a driver cancels a ride, his points are reduced, but if the customer cancels the ride repeatedly, Even if such a customer's ride is not accepted, the driver's points are still reduced. If you complete a 10 km ride, the company gives a 6 km fare.

it's a kind of people slavery exploring the use drivers vehicles and charging a percentage that is higher than normal, where people are charged an extra tax with no reason for that. The trips are not fair as can take long trip or shorter with no enough comparation. When you claim the answer are given by robots. Doesn't support the drivers when assaulted and police need information from the clients who requested the trip for proper follow up to close the case. Bonuses where removed.
