I willsuggest that as a way of improving your services, the use of 'USSD ' (Unstructured Supplementary Services Data) codes should be introduced in partnership with other services providers like NAWEC and the telecom companies and the banks to enable us use your services even with a basic phone or when out of data. One should also be able to transfer money from the wallet to the bank and vice versa.

Wave has eradicate all obstacles in our daily financial transactions. It's very convenient,reliable and hassle free. I send money to my loved ones and while i was in The Gambia, i paid my house rent to my landlord through wave at a very reasonable and convenient time and they can access it without hassle. I would suggest wave to include the purpose of payment ( reasons for payment) so that those who pay transactions through wave can able to identify what transaction was for which purpose.

The great thing about wave is it's few agents on my locality, this strengthen my personal finance discipline again with it free withdrawal and deposits and associated low rate sending money to friends makes it even greater as there are low losses of money in between. so much grateful for the development of money wallet in wave. thanks for a monthly interests.
