the recent update have taken away all my T5 and some of my power and I'm unable to contact support when I click on support nothing happens.

Downloaded an update and lost all my progress. Tried customer support and it's the worst! No real help, takes days to respond, and if they respond and you don't respond during a small window, the conversation ends and you need to submit everything all over again. Sucks when you've spent time on progressing and working hard to level up. After multiple attempts with customer support you just give up. Game was fun while it lasted but it's glitches and terrible customer support that ruin it. Bummer.

I’ve honestly had enough. This is the 18th update in just 4 months of 2025— and now it’s May, so I can only guess more updates are coming. Every time there's an update, it’s annoying to download and deal with changes. One more unnecessary update and I’m uninstalling the game for good. Please slow down with the updates or at least make them more meaningful.
