STIEBEL ELTRON Servicewelt is a system for controlling and setting STIEBEL ELTRON heating and hot water heat pumps and integral ventilation units.
Depending on the device, the connection can be established either online or offline with on-site access.

The system consists of the STIEBEL ELTRON Servicewelt app for mobile use and the Servicewelt web portal, which allows STIEBEL ELTRON’s experts to keep an eye on your heat pump system, if consent for remote monitoring is given.
