Here you can receive information and offers from all our destinations all year round. It's easy to see today's weather and get tips on activities, restaurants and shops. You can also get to know your children's best friend, Valle the Snowman.
Buy winter SkiPass or summer LiftPass cards from the app and pick them up in an automatic dispenser. You can also refill the cards you already have and pay with Swish in Sweden.
Maps will give you a quick overview of open lifts and pistes, as well as biking and hiking trails, and you can also keep track of where your friends are.
You can see your active booking and everything you need to know about your lodging, your SkiPass/LiftPass, rental products and booked activities.
By linking your SkiPass, you can collect skiing statistics, chase pins and compete on our leader boards during the winter.

It's a great app but doesn't let me to buy SkiPass on a card. It detects the card but still says "No cards found!" It had the same issue last year, so I had to buy the pass at the counter. (The staff also tried and got convinced that it's a bug.) Now, I have new phone (so the problem was not the phone), and I still have the same issue. This is ridiculous.

Bought 2 bike passes through the app. The app memorized only 1 of them. Now I cannot top up 1 pass, need to spend money again on a new card fee. The functionality to add existing pass by NFC or add manually, both silently fail. Asked support for help - crisp description, screenshots - but they send generic responses, ask already provided details, disconnected and evading. Gave up after 3 clarifying messages.

Cannot login via e-mail, despite being able to login on the website with the same credentials. No error message, nothing. I only downloaded this because SkiStar essentially forces you to. It is a truly worthless piece of garbage, whose core functionality is broken. I really wish companies like this would stop trying to steal our data. There is zero reason for you to make this app and enforce its use, and I utterly despise you for it. This app alone makes me not want to stay with you, ever.
