app looks like it hasn't been updated in 10 years and it feels like it hasn't been updated in 10 years. VERY clunky to use. -There are aspects I like but the difficulty in navigation offsets any possible positives I could give thisapp. actually getting notifications is hit or miss at best. Hurting my ability to communicate with my team. not acceptable. -constantly freezes. -Android can't screenshot which is a bug that hasn't been fixed in years it seems like. (FIX IT ITS NOT A SECURITY FEAT.)

Using this app is extremely frustrating. it's terribly buggy and crashes all the time, and it feels like writing an email to direct message someone. This app feels like it was made in 2003.

I was able to use the app fine before, but now it just keeps shutting down and getting an error message stating that there is a bug and wait for an update from the developer
