I made an order and picked the only location I have saved on my account, for some reason it turned out to be a different location that I've never seen before! I called the courier to change their direction, they say they have to follow the location they received on the app, only after finishing the order they can go to the original location, so now I want to cancel the order but I can't do that either! What a waste of everyone's time over stupid rules that are helping no one.

I have been using it daily for the past 2 weeks, and it started well with many offers but the only disadvantage was that the delivery time compared to other platforms was slower but that was okay because it still arrived on the promised time. Later, the order time "promised" kept increasing - and the app is still showing that it will arrive on time so that they dont compensate (order was supposed to reach in 55 mins, it extended to 120) and they didnt cancel the order. Horrible Customer Service.

DON'T USE! Worst costumer service. They don't compensate you if the order came cold or in a bad quality. There is a lot of stuff overpriced and the vouchers are nothing but a scam and bad deal. They force you to pay more in order to make the voucher applicable and even if the minimum required for vocucher to use is not high, the percentage of discount is so low. For example they give you 15 riyals discount with a 15% percentage (minimum order 40) so it's only 6 riyals discount. Not worth it.
