this app is not that good you should not try it cuz I lost my remote and I was thinking oh I should get this so I got it and it said connect to my TV so I did but what was so dumb they said that you had to connect to your remote but I didn't have a remote with me so that's my reason

Do not use this company. The App is unreliable, and the subscription is expensive. The support they offer is fake. All you need to do is install the SmartThings app from Samsung onto your phone and you get the remote for free. Takes a minute to add a Samsung device and it can be anything e.g. tv, dishwasher, washing machine, sound system etc. This developer conned me, hopefully they don't con you too. Save yourself the hassle and money and just use the Samsung app which is much better.
