Very buggy, takes a long time to load, very un intuitive interface and every time I open the app it tells me my information is out of date and prompts me to update. When I try, it just spins and spins until I shut it down and start over again. It's just a very mediocre app. It's very clear not much effort was put into its creation or maintenance. (The fact that no one has responded to this reinforces my judgement of mediocrity).

I purchased a PP membership through my Chase card. Overall, the app works as I would expect. However, the app frequently tells me that my card has expired and I must update it. I can find no way to do that, and neither Chase employees nor PP employees could explain the error message. I just clicked through the message and I've never been denied at a lounge. But, one star lost for the annoying message.

Ah, this is a very frustrating app! Each time I try to pre-book an airport lounge on the app it says that the lounge is full, but if I go directly to that lounge's own website there's plenty of room for my booking! Either the app doesn't work or Priority Pass has a low quota on the lounges I try and book and they're not willing to take the Priority Pass booking. Either way joining seems to be a waste of money!
