About this app

***
To start using this app, ask your healthcare practitioner to design & assign your home exercise program for you in Physitrack.
***

The PhysiApp® app lets you download your PhysiApp home exercise program to your Android phone.

Once you've installed this app on your Android phone, all you need to do is login to the app with the access code that you received from your healthcare provider.

Next, you can download your custom-made home exercise program, consisting of high-definition, clearly narrated exercise videos. You can even use Chromecast to play the videos on your Chromecast device.

From now, you will know exactly which exercises have been prescribed to you, and how you are supposed to perform them.

With PhysiApp, you can securely report back to your physiotherapist or chiropractor how much you completed of a given exercise, and if you felt any pain.

PhysiApp lets your physiotherapist or chiropractor track your progress in detail, and intervene if necessary.

App missing the ability to prevent screen locking during physio exercises. Locking also causes the physio timer to pause. As a work around, tap screen during exercise, or extend the screen timeout beyond 30 seconds. And the noises (when enabled) aren't much use: 5 second countdown to start, no sounds during reps, a ping at the start of the rep rest before a ping to signal set 2, then a ping when complete... I would appreciate a ping at start of each rep and a quiet tick with each second

This app has had a number of features removed with the recent updates. -The screenshots don't relate to the current version. -The ability to message the practitioner has been removed. -The number of sets actually completed can't be adjusted. -There is no ability to state the pain level. If you enter the exercise program as complete, then discover you have entered the results for the wrong date, the app will not allow you to delete these entries. A poor app is now worse.

They give you no rest between each rep. ie if a rep lasts for 10 seconds the timer immediately starts the timing for the next rep with no break. Then you start to get out of sync with the timer. The hold option just makes it worse especially if you're using both hands for the exercise. As per usual, get better developers and testers. Not tested and thought through.
