They rarely accept rides when I need them the most, and even when they do, they often end up asking cancelling afterwards. They mostly prefer serving female passenger, which is quite unreasonable. When I need a ride the most no one accepts request. On the top of that, the pricing is expensive - we have to wait a long time and still end up paying extra, especially when the rider come from far away. This practice is highly disappointing.The only positive aspect is the promo code as an apology.

I would give it a 5 star. But because of their bad food and ride service, I'm forced to give a 2 star. Riders won't accept digital and discounted payments. And foodmans won't accept long distance delivery, even though Pathao's allowing it and I'm paying extra for the distance. If Pathao can't control the outcome of their offers, I'm not gonna use it. It's a shame, because their app is outstanding, unlike their services.

STOP THE OUTRAGEOUS PROMO NOTIFICATIONS!!! 20+ NOTIFICATIONS A DAY IS RIDICULOUS. THEY WON'T EVEN LET YOU ENTER THE APP IF THE NOTIFICATION PERMISSION IS TURNED OFF, HOW PATHETIC AND FORCEFUL. The services they offer are good, no doubt, but the app is built in a way that is NOT so user-friendly, rather it only serves them as they can forcefully feed you their promotions and events. Because you can't even get into the app without getting bombarded with hundreds of notifications every single day.
