Bad experience for me using U9app. On 27.9.25 at 22:01:44, and at 22:09:17 I purchased a 7GB package worth 4000 Ks through the U9 app 2 times.The money was deducted from K Pay, but the data was not received. No transaction success message appeared. Why is that? When I bought a 1.5GB package for 999 Ks directly through the K Pay app, it worked immediately. But the data packages I purchased earlier did not work, and I also didn’t get a refund within 48hrs although I reported. What is ur service

I cannot use your app. It doesn't appear on home screen. My phone is Redmi Note 11 E pro. Then, it cut off the bill for no reason and I couldn't check the bill through application since I couldn't install it. You should get only 0 star.

Too Bad For me, Because I bought Oomanji Data package, too long time loading. Finally show me only " Error ". That it not fitting The U9 Application. So How to i bought the package.. ? How to play Oomanji Level Update, How can i get the lucky Data?
