Moto Feedback

Completely useless!!!!! I have submitted feedback several times using the app. When you submit feedback it asks for your phone number and email address, so they have a way to make contact with you. But either they don't care about the feedback or they don't even read it. Another app that I wish I could delete and replace with something useful.

Moto g power, got it new last year. Your phone is basically trash. Slower and slower every week. Crash. Freeze. You know how sometimes you walk into a room to get something, and as soon as you get there, can't remember what you were going to get? Yeah. That's this phone in a nut shell. It's like you select an icon to try and do something, and for a few seconds, it's like the phone doesn't remember what that icon was supposed to do.. And if you need to move files to SD card.. bring a book..

I cannot imagine how feedback through this app would be better than just telling Motorola directly, whether it be on a phone call or via email. Well, I'm going to give some now. My device keeps pushing notifications onto my screen about things I've already dealt with. It's getting somewhat annoying now that I've had my android for a few months and knowing the cheaper ones I'd purchased in the past (using the same OS) never did this. I turned the notification settings off etc and still get them!
