it was ok in the beginning then it got where it wasn't accepting my card any more, therefore I tried to delete my account, put in the verification code it asked for the email address, I put that in and it won't allow me to hit enter. I entered the correct email address and still got nothing.

Today I found out there are two other devices attached to my moonpay account. I went to pay $12 BTC to get paid by someone who has owed me since April. The evidence available by moonpay is not sufficient for this person. I sent two receipts and she will not pay me. I contacted customer service twice and they are unable to help. The company also advertises no fees, and charges anyway. My entire phone is now at risk. They can't remove the other phones from my account? Thanks.🧟

Worst app I've ever experienced! Spent 4 hours adding info, verifying info, then read that something else needed to be uploaded and verified - WHERE? I've searched the entire app, watched multiple YouTube videos, texted with a friend who uses the app, and STILL cannot even get my portfolio verified! No app should be this complicated and difficult! Ready to give up!!!!
