It wouldn't register. Wouldn't tell you what the problem was. Wouldn't recognize face and you have no way to talk to a customer service representative. All in all a bad experience with lebara. I recommend do not buy this sime card especially if yoh are a traveller and don't have means to go to a lebara shop just to try activate the sim card.

Identification and activation worked easily and right away. You don't have to interact with any person in a live stream, the app guides you through the simple process and you just have to take photos of your ID and yourself in the app. Just make sure there's not too much or too little light or reflection is on your documents. The whole process takes about two minutes.
