This is a pretty worthless system if you're concerned about security. Cameras randomly disconnect and then come back. The wiring that comes with the DVRs isn't good enough to put in an attic. I've already had to replace two of the six cables that came with my system. I've had this system for over five years and it's been flakey the whole time. The app sucks. The seek function during playback has never worked correctly. The event notifications no longer take me to the event. It's just not good.

Not impressed with the app. I'm tired of seeing uhoh something went wrong. it happens way too frequently, and the reviews here are littered with this same sentiment. Spare us the boilerplate "we're trying" and fix the issue. You've been making products way too long to have persistent issues like this echoed across your customer base. I have strong, fast wifi signal at the doorbell and my phone. There is no way it is a local network issue. If I could I would send it back for a refund.

I don't recommend this. when I get notification that someone is there, I go look, then it takes forever to load then said "something went wrong. tap to try again." I do that, and it won't work. On days I check randomly, it won't load the live feed. The purpose of this app and item is to see and respond right away. yes, it records and it follows moving people or cars, but what's the point of getting it when I can't see and respond right away.
