Very frustrating app to use. When it works, it works well. Unfortunately, there are many problems, some of which make it almost unusable at times. Others have already mentioned messages not appearing at times. I also encounter issues with the replies not appearing after pressing a message unless I keep pressing it multiple times. Even when I finally open the replies, I can't read them because the app sometimes automatically scrolls back to the bottom of the thread everytime I try scrolling up.

Hi there, what Mattermost server version are you on? Does clearing the cache or uninstalling and re-installing the app help? Do you see any errors either in the server logs or in the mobile app logs?

I have been using this app for over 2 years and it never worked properly, but this last update made it impossible to use: - The servers will not load and the app says it can not connect to them, meaning I can access channels only if someone writes in them - It usually takes at least 5 minutes until a single response on a thread is loaded, on a normal speed wifi connection - I am unable to react to messages I do enjoy using the browser site, there it works flawlessly.

Hi there, do you see anything strange in the logs (profile -> settings -> report a problem)? Do you have collapsed reply threads enabled or disabled? Does reinstalling the app help? What Mattermost server version are you on?

terrible application, notifications with long delay even if did read on desktop. Freezes while using need to force stop and reopen. Can't find user by name lol. F U MM
