A gamebook is a type of RPG (role-playing game) where you shape your own adventure by choosing what your character will do next.
This app takes the adventure to the next level, allowing you to play through the gamebook without any additional accessories. Normally, you would need at least a pencil and paper to track your stats and equipment, but this is no longer necessary. This app takes care of everything from inventory management to random number generation, which means you can just focus on enjoying the story.
Joe Dever, a former Dungeons & Dragons champion and the creator of the best-selling Lone Wolf adventure books and novels has most generously offered to allow some of his books to be published on the internet free of charge. The series ended after 28 books and 14 years, and you can now enjoy the last 8 gamebooks on your phone.
This app could not have been made without Project Aon - a volunteer group of fans dedicated to publishing these text adventures online free of charge for everyone to enjoy.

It's a faithfull reminder of the old paper based DND style games where you had to leave between pages and puzzle it out. Not entirely sure all the scenarios pan out I think in some cases it lets you do things when logically you can't (eg it assumes you have a skill you don't have) also some of the skills seem little used, and I'm not sure about the puzzles which are otherwise a great feature. Enjoyable enough story but a bit to reliant on your all-round amazing skills to survive. Very Good

I'm stuck on 1/51. the game won't let me pick a random number, so i can't move forward. but i was looking the game before this mishap Update Thank you for your help but i still have to rate this low. Maybe I'm just confused but the fights come before you've had time to fully recover. So I've died 18 times and I'm not even through the first book!

Hi, I have added an option to create a "Quick Character" in the latest update. This character is for people who just want to jump straight into the game. The character has optimal abilities to make it through the very hard first book. Please give that a try.

Outstanding effort! Never thought I could play this in my phone. Few recommendations: 1. Enable player to arrange the order of backpack and special items. 2. Allow player to decide when to utilise 10 EP from Curing and 20 EP from Deliverance. 3. Allow map to be dragged for easier view. 4. Upgrade map to mark up journey progress. 5. Allow item safekeeping at monastery like we did in Kai, Magnakai and Grand Master Adventures.

1 and 2 are planned features for the release in December
3 should be working already, I have added the pan gesture in the latest release, please check if it works now
4 would be very hard to implement and is not planned currently
5 is not allowed as per the New Order rules, I might add it as an extra feature like the save slot
