I really enjoy using this app. My only complaint is that when I open a store, it slows my phone down and lags, sometimes having to reload the page and losing my point I was at. I would like for this to be addressed so I will know what to do and why it lags.

This app consistently fails to track valid purchases, making the service useless. When attempting to claim missing cashback, support rejects claims with vague, automated excuses. Accumulated funds are held hostage; eligible withdrawals are blocked. Lack of transparency suggests rewards are a deliberate tactic to avoid paying. Unreliable, misleading, and frustrating. Avoid it.

I'm not sure if people realise that you need to go into the app and activate it for it to work. I like Letyshop, especially on my last big trip, when I got an extra bit of cash.
