Pros: Fun to play at first. Can play for long sittings at a time if you watch ad bonuses. Cons: To advance in the game at a fun playable speed, you have to watch those bonus ads. The 'M' coins you need to upgrade the Mortuary & Morticians, you get from burying bodies & doing tasks. If you don't watch the 'double rewards' ad option every time, by the time you need to use the points, you won't have enough and you're stuck trying to get enough diamonds to buy those points.

Glitched within first 10 minutes of playing. The task "unlock receptionist2" has been completed, yet it doesn't say completed, and I can't move on to the next goal. There's no way to contact any support in game, and no contact information easily available to report glitches/issues. Absolutely ridiculous that they want to collect money for a game that will glitch to the point of making it impossible to play.. there are numerous typos as well.

The Free Chest and Diamond video rewards are glitching. At midnight the timer resets to 24 hours, so you can never receive chests this way, meaning cards can only come from collecting new items and customers, which doesn't happen if you are not levelling up areas, to do this, you need cards. Another reviewer has also identified this issue. Glad to change my review if this is fixed.
