Extremely rude, unhelpful, and sabotaging people working here! I bought an Prime subscription, which includes extra support among other extras. Since then, rappi canceled all my orders, and were rude and unhelpful in their 'support' section. They only replied with automatic responses, took money while not delivering orders, charged me an extra 60R and not giving it back. I've tried to contact them in every possible way, but they straight up closed every request or conversation without responding

when you are making an order a "free" membership subscription can be included in it, which I didn't see during an order. As a result month later you are going to be charged with a full membership price. I didn't use the app after that other and was disappointed to find out that I'm paying a membership for something I don't need. This is an app feedback, because such things as membership must be clearly visible and not hidden when making an order.

Full of bugs, most of the time the pages won't load and when they do some products won't load until you go back and then try again. Your address will also change automatically without a clear indication that the GPS is not accurate and then if an order is placed customer service will blame you for it instead of acknowledging the bugs. I even cancelled my pro subscription due to the poor app performance.
