Update: not sure what happened, but it's working now. I just did a new update through the Google store, so hopefully it will continue to be better. The Direct Ferries team did reach out and try to correct it. Thank you! It's a great app when it works. I have to close everything on my phone for it to open and work. Then the app works great.

Your most recent update totally sucks rotten eggs! The previous version was perfect the way it was. If it remains this way the next time I need to make a reservation, I'll just use Ferryhopper.

when you can't log in. can't register. the help bot keeps suggesting the same thing. email recognised and code sent. password changed. code accepted - incorrect details. no phone number to ask a human. no idea what to do. I rely on the email to confirm a trip as I can't get this app to either register or log me on. tried instal, re install. phone restart.
