Probably the most complete climbing database. It has a lot of routes and boulders here in Europe, which is great to explore and find new challenges. The fact that it pays developers and has a gps map is fantastic. Thank you for that, but the UX and UI isn't great. The app crashes frequently, is clunky and unintuitive to navigate, adding photos on my phone simply doesn't work, community notification and adding boulders only works through the website for me on my Pixel 7. Hoping for some updates:)

Hi Noa and thank you for the thorough feedback! We're just working on a huge app update, which will bring UX improvements, among other things. But as it's a huge task, it will still take some time. But we're doing our best to get it out asap! 🙏

I've been using 27 crags for years and it was a great app. Sadly that's no longer the case, the new update is just plain bad. There's no need to overhaul something that is working well. The app is slow and often just doesn't work. Also, a feature I used to use a lot was the map view when trying to find new boulders, this is just gone. No idea if it was removed or it is just hidden somewhere. Overall I'm very disappointed in the new app. I'll be switching back to using a plain old guidebook.

Hi Niall! Apologies about your experience. Naturally this doesn't sound like how the app is supposed to work! Reinstalling can help with the slow response time. Regarding the map view, maybe make sure that you have the "show uncurated content" toggle on? In any case, please email us to [email protected] so we can help & offer compensation. 🙏

Not working after the big update. You pay for topos, go on a trip and you have nothing. Edit: after contact with support, and reinstalling, it works. However it is often very slow and doesn't show me any free topos, only premium ones.

Hi Marcin! The slowness might be due to the operating system. If you update to Android 15, it should help! And the free topos are all still there, just put the "show uncurated content" toggle on to see them! Let us know is this helped! 🙏
