This app has too many issues. It does not give you a taxi fare estimate so you are getting a cat in the bag and are essentially dependant on the driver. My taxi from Istanbul airport to my hotel (35 minutes driving) cost €42, for example. Moreover, there are UI issues. For example, the app had a promo for the first trip if you pay by mastercard but that promo did not work no matter how many times and where I clicked. Finally, no in-app support. I tried texting them but they just ignored it.

It's totally a scam. When we get into car, the taxi meter was already 700 Lira, when we asked driver it should be zero. He said that we should change settings in the app. Since he couldn't speak English, we didn't understand what he said, but how it's possible that the default settings in an app be in a way that after 5 minutes walking to get into car the cost be 700 Lira. I will never use it again.

Got scammed on my first ride: driver manipulated the meter, charged 2,149 TRY instead of ~1,700 TRY (hotel staff confirmed that it was a scam), and drove dangerously. Payment with 3 cards failed (had to pay by cash eventually), and I couldn’t even report it because the feedback system is broken. This app does not protect riders - use with caution!
