This app has too many issues. It does not give you a taxi fare estimate so you are getting a cat in the bag and are essentially dependant on the driver. My taxi from Istanbul airport to my hotel (35 minutes driving) cost €42, for example. Moreover, there are UI issues. For example, the app had a promo for the first trip if you pay by mastercard but that promo did not work no matter how many times and where I clicked. Finally, no in-app support. I tried texting them but they just ignored it.

It was not possible to mark as zero. This is really touristic trap company. When I wanted to book a taxi, the price was expected in range of 200-400. I wanted to add my card and verified it, at that time they have charged me for 290 TRY. In the end trip price was also more than showed in the app. They also charged me service fee. Totally I have lost 290 for adding card+464 for trip+40 for service fee. Driver also chose very long route. I am totally is dissatisfied. I never reccomend to use.

I could not get any of my 7 cards (VISA, Mastercard) working with this app. It does not even ask for card holder's name on the card or the triple digit security number - not sure how it could work without it? It would help if it had at least a choice to use GooglePay, ApplePay or PayPal, like the UBER app. Oh and the position of the driver - totally unreliable. And try to use their feedback form - shows error the moment you click send. I keep my fingers crossed for Bitaksi but this app sucks.
