UPDATE: two years later, some of the things I mentioned in 2019 still have not been fixed. Just... Wow. Original review: Truly a terrible app. Navigation is unintuitive, the screen is not automatically set to 'always on' when watching games (seriously?), the notification bar doesn't disappear when watching games, clicking on the 'More' menu shows a screen that has two screens overlaid on each other, making it unusable... This is a stunning piece of terrible app design, especially in 2019.

garbage so far. watch one inning then 5-6 ads, then the app freezes (amazingly just after the ads finish) and you have to restart the whole process. spend your money elsewhere. reduced to 1 star. if I am paying for this service, why am I forced to watch ads? when I pay for YouTube premium and Spotify premium, I pay for ZERO ads. I'd be fine with the highlights, dead air or even local ads but watching the insanely loud ads on the app is terrible.

Can't log in...can't buy a subscription... website not working properly...spent a couple of hours trying to access...frustrating. Adding this comment... got an Error code with the link you sent for help so that doesn't work either. A phone number would be appreciated for some help desk with a live technician!
