I enjoy the stories. They have an event called "Love Fever" where all choices are free. They happen often and are very generous. During the last event I purchased more cards (what is used to play a chapter) to keep playing, was charged, but never received the cards I purchased. I contacted Customer Service but never heard back.

Great stories, great animation but it takes forever and a minute for the story to load. When it eventually does load, halfway through after making a paid choice, it stops to load again, really takes me out of the story. Reading through reviews, I've seen others make similar complaints from a few years ago and it still hasn't been fixed. Doesn't speak well of the company.

This app has potential, it just needs A LOT of fixing. The random crashes are a turn off honestly, The CGs not matching the look of the character you chose is off-putting, the excessive use of AI makes it a bit uncanny, sometimes it takes too long for the book to load and it's frustrating. It does have some good sides I won't lie or not mention them! Love how accurate and comprehensive the translation is, the music sounds good, and love the narration in some of the games.
