The major issue with this app is it's just too slow to run. To browse the products, or for checkouts it takes ages. And it never has been fixed by the developers. Wonder if they even check the app experience by themselves.

Terrible Experience with Netmeds! I am extremely disappointed with the Netmeds app. Despite having a Netmeds First membership, the delivery is not fast at allāit takes forever to receive my medicines, even in urgent situations. Whatās the point of paying for a membership if thereās no priority or faster delivery? To make things worse, customer service is horrible. They donāt respond on time, and when they do, they give generic replies without solving the issue.Look for better alternatives!

You guys have completely destroyed this app, I had been using netmeds older versions for past 1 year. Then I was forced to update. Now the app has become very slow , If I add more than two products in cart , it automatically removes the first product I had added, Suddenly the pincodes has become unserviceable for which I used to order lab tests regularly. you guys have lost a permanent customer from your platform.
