Third time that happens! Suddenly the app was not letting me in. So on advise of reception, they have "reset" my account in the system, and advised for me to uninstall/reinstall. Nothing! Not working yet unfortunately. After reinstalling, the app setup is asking me to enter my phone number and it won't allow me to go through. It says Something wrong happened. It doesn't let me complete the installation. Really frustrating!!! Wrote to their app support again. 😞 Not a zip of reply from support!

Too many clicks, too slow response time. I have two clubs in the neighborhood, and this update made it a hassle to switch quickly between one and the other to check the schedules. The response time between each section is DREADFUL. Please do something!! Or revert the update!! This was such a step back!!

Horrible interface! seems like no new user research was done before designing it. previous interface was much much better. The goal of using the app for a user is two fold: 1. To book a time slot 2. to track one's progress The latter can be achieved by giving a holistic overview of one's calender. This overview will show the number of times one went to the gym and the various lessons one did. The current app totally disregards this user goal.
