Great app! After a month and a half seeing some proper results (note: using it in combination with protein shakes), the only thing I noticed is that inchworms after the final update are now 10 seconds instead of 10 times. Same goes for elbows back, 12 seconds instead of 12 times. Even though the inchworms would be great to do only 10 seconds as it's a very exhausting exercise, I think it's best if this gets fixed :) Great app, keep the good work up!

This is a fantastic workout app, especially for anyone looking to get into bodyweight training without needing a gym or equipment. I just started on Day 1 and Im already impressed with how well-structured and motivating the plan is. The instructions are clear, the interface is easy to use, and the exercises feel just right—not too overwhelming for beginners, but still challenging enough to feel accomplished. I love that it guides you step by step, and the pacing makes it easy to stay consistent.

been using this for 2 months so far. i can see some improvement on my upper arms. would be great if there's more forearm exercises. wish i can do some modification on the plan, but well i'm a free user, and the free version is already quite helpful and useful.
