I bought a second-hand car. When I tried to connect it to the app, it said that the previous owner hadn’t unlocked it, and I had to go back to the dealership to get it unlocked. I did that. But when I tried to connect again, the app told me to enter a code that should appear on the car’s screen. However, my car didn’t display any code. I went back to the dealership again, and they told me that my car doesn’t have internet access, so it’s not possible to connect it to my mobile phone.
