An ad will pop up for me every 15 seconds or so, and will appear just as I tap on the screen, resulting in CONSTANTLY tapping on ads. I've had to close my browser 3 times in the past 20 seconds because most of the popup ads automatically open up my phone's browser. It is absolute insanity and renders the app completely unusable. Do not download!

It sort of works with my IR powered Xiaomi, but it's useless when you have to wait for half minute video ads in order to press a button. I understand paid apps, I also understand apps with adds that popup here and there but this is ridiculous. Also lots of "theatre" about "connecting" to my phone's IR etc which just take time and are not real, API requests to IR are instant.

This app is ROUGH. I understand ads to help keep the lights on. But I just needed an app to help get a used TV with no remote setup. I watched 5 ads before I could even select the TV brand, a lot of the ads appeared like the app needed to update and I got bamboozled so many times and got so frustrated that I uninstalled the app within minutes. Luckily, a friend let me borrow a Roku set to get things going. Yikes.
