MyChart has become my brains! The only little foible is the thumbnail on my desktop occasionally showing a number that looks to be a number of new messages or lab results or something when there is really nothing new there. Also, it reminds you of refills you have that seem to have no basis in reality. But it reminds me of appointments, let's me schedule or message my providers, lists lab results so quickly I sometimes think they have time travel technology and is overall an extremely useful app

Pretty great app. I use it all the time and has plenty of features. It's interesting that you can supposedly e-check in but when you get there, you still are required to check in. Also, it can be hard finding times for doctors appts as they sometimes seem like there's an issue with the system. But overall, a very nice app.

This app is very much part of the problem when it comes to getting good quality healthcare. So many things just fail to work half the time and just show a blank screen instead of results, even on wifi. Guessing there's backend issues preventing things from loading, but the app has no way to show that something is or is failing to load. Makes what's already a very aggravating process even worse.
