Great app that works flawlessly. Super reliable. 4 years now without a hitch, without need for direct access to the controller. I have separate zones for citrus, front and back yards. The app provides means to service quite different needs. It's (very) hot and dry here in Tucson, I would soon lose thousands tied up in landscaping it was not the case. The only caveat is that you'll need a home network with reach to the location of the controller, which is usually outside and out of the way.

This update is horrible. Forced me to install it. The first thing it shows is telling me my subscription expires in 10 days. Given I never subscribed to anything, this seemed wrong. moved past it, tried to manually start a zone, and it wouldn't start. Had to try it 3 times to finally start. Then, trying to stop, it was a nightmare. Kept saying it was stopped but the sprinklers were on. Had to keep starting and stopping it almost 10 times to finally stop. Give us back the old app that works.

wifi controller that costs an extra $100 never works, never connects or stays connected. If the controller actually worked and you could use the things in the app it would be great but nothing about the wireless system and controller works at all. most frustrating, out of date, junk system I've ever installed
