The ADP app has always been 🗑️ in my opinion. With this most recent update, it has gotten that much worse. The app NEVER remembers my username/password anymore even though I checked the box for it to do so. I have also said, "yes" to using biometrics to login but it has not saved that option either. When logging in, it takes me out of the app, once I have logged in, it brings me back to the app. Being a large company, I think you can afford to do much better.

Please try resetting the app. If you go to the icon on the top left and then go to settings and reset ADP Mobile. It will require you to re-sign in but that should help. Thank you

Used to work great last year (2024). Now every time I login the dashboard is empty and never fully loads. Also, every time I try to login I get redirected and have to enter my credentials again, and get promoted for bio metrics login enablement every time as well. Have deleted and reinstalled as well as tried clearing cache....no improvement. (Pixel 9 Pro)

Please try clearing your phones cache, delete and reload the app and make sure you are running the latest version of your phones OS. If that doesn’t resolve the issue please contact your company administrator usually the payroll/hr contact at your company and they can reach out to their ADP Tech team to troubleshoot.

actually garbage. it failed to sync my punch in time unless I signed in. I've signed in every which way and it still didn't fix itself. I had to clear user data and resign in. now, I'm trying to sign in and it brings me to a browser (FOR WHY??? CANT SIGN ON WITH THE APP ITSELF OS CRAZY) so when it texts me with a code, I paste it and then it does a countdown and nothing! nothing happens! I'm not signed in! how do you get worse and worse, it's a simple clock in and out app tf? SUCH bad UI.
